Sandhills Lodge & Group Retreats at ReWild Ranch
The Lodge
9 rooms. All with private baths. Sleeps up to 30 when the whole lodge is yours. Home-cooked breakfast and dinner by request — the bar stays open until the last person turns in.
The lodge sits on 500 private acres in the Nebraska Sandhills. Wide porches, rocking chairs, long views. No televisions in the rooms on purpose. You came out here to get away from all that.
Whether you're coming out for a hunt, a family reunion, or a long weekend with nothing on the schedule — the lodge is built for rest.

THE ROOMS
Every room at ReWild is named after an animal that calls this ranch home. Private attached bathrooms, wood furnishings, quiet. Nothing fancy, nothing missing.

Buffalo Room
King bed, private attached bath with walk-in shower, private exit to the deck. The largest room in the lodge, named after the animal this ranch is built around.

Dove Room
King bed, private bath with tub and shower, private exit to the deck. A quiet corner of the lodge for guests who want a solid night's sleep.

Elk Room
Two queen beds, private bath with tub and shower, private deck with its own fire pit. The only room in the lodge with a fire pit out the back door — good for couples who want the deck, or a family splitting beds

Pheasant Room
Two queen beds, private bath with tub and shower, private exit to the deck. Roomy, bright, named for the upland birds that fill this country every fall. Works well for two couples, a family, or a pair of hunting buddies.

Turkey, Partridge, Grouse Room
Two full beds, private bath with walk-in shower, private exit to the deck. The most affordable room in the lodge — popular with hunters doubling up. Same lodge, same meals, same everything. Smaller beds, lower rate.

Whitetail Room
King bed, private bath with tub, lots of windows, large sitting area, private exit to the deck. Tucked on the lower walk-out level with its own view — the room repeat guests ask for by name.

Amenities
Dining
Eat Like You Mean It. Meals aren't included in your room rate — they're add-ons. We run it that way so a guest grabbing a quick night or eating out doesn't pay for food they won't eat, and so the guests who want a real ranch meal get a real ranch meal.
Breakfast — $20 per person: Eggs, bacon, fresh coffee, whatever the cook's making that morning. Served early for hunters heading to the field, later for anyone who wants to sleep in. Add it when you book.
Bison BBQ Dinner — $50 per person: Ranch-raised bison and elk, cooked over open flame or in cast iron. Generous portions, scratch sides, fresh dessert. Bison and elk steak pizzas, smoked brisket, skillet cornbread, and homestyle desserts all show up on the menu, depending on the night.Pair it with something from the bar.

copper bison bar
Tucked inside the warmth of our lodge, the Copper Bison Bar is where stories are shared, friendships are forged, and the day’s adventures are savored.
The Bar Stays OpenThe Copper Bison Bar is where the day winds down. Local whiskey, Nebraska wines, a fire, and whoever's still up to tell stories.
The bar is also available for private gatherings — reunions, retreats, a toast for a milestone. Open late as long as somebody wants one more.

Mobile skeet in the field — clays, shotguns, instruction in a relaxed setting. Good as a stand-alone or paired with a UTV ride. Works for seasoned marksmen and first-timers.

Other Local Activities
The Sandhills aren't just our property. Within an hour you can float the Calamus or the Middle Loup, fish the state-stocked lakes, golf a scenic central Nebraska course, or tour a nearby wildlife refuge. At night, the sky takes over — this is one of the darkest stretches of the continental U.S., and the Milky Way is visible from the deck. We're not a tour operator, but we've lived out here a long time and know who to call. Tell Danielle what you want to do and she'll help you line it up.
